This site will take you through the IRMMW-THz 2008 paper submission process. To begin, you will need the 4 digit number that you received with your acceptance notification and that references your submitted abstract.

• List of accepted papers by corresponding author
• List of accepted papers by 4-digit ID number

You will have an opportunity to update/edit author names, affiliations, and the paper title itself. These inputs will be reproduced in the program booklet exactly. Make sure all your inputs (both new and existing) are in Title Case. Do not use all caps, all smalls or some unusual combination of the two when you populate the author names (both first and last), affiliation fields and paper title.

Be sure to indicate the author who will be presenting an oral talk or who will be responsible for representing a poster. These names will appear highlighted in the program book.

Final paper uploads are due by June 30th (the process begins on May 23rd). You must upload a replacement paper for your abstract even if you do not plan to make any changes. Failure to do so without special approval of the conference general chair or General Secretary will result in your paper presentation slot being pulled from the conference. Detailed instructions are given in the files that can be accessed through the links below. If you have any difficulties with the upload process please contact Robert Dengler for assistance.

You must also submit the required IEEE copyright information during the paper upload process. Failure to submit the copyright information will result in your paper being pulled from the conference digest. Again, if you have any difficulties or concerns please contact the General Secretary.
